One to One session:

One to one sessions will benefit clients who would like to deal with specific issues. After evaluating the problem, I will define the type of exercises to practice and teach these to the client to master. To learn many of the techniques and become well versed in sophrology, it is recommended to take at least between 5 and 10 sessions. Each session will be recorded and this will allow you to practice the exercises at home.  The goal is to make you totally able to manage your stress without my help anymore. The first three sessions are usually the same for everyone as they are introductions to the three key-techniques of sophrology:

1. Mental and physical relaxation
2. Identification of and release of tensions
3. Activation of energies

Group Session

Group Session:

Sophrology also works very well in a group. It is the opportunity to share with others the benefits of meeting in a relaxed state of mind.   As a group, we will take time to listen to our bodies, both internally and externally, to our breathing when inhaling and exhaling and to release ourselves of tension.
